Shipping & Returns

Small shop, handmade work, no surprises at checkout. Here is exactly what happens after you order.

Shipping

Flat $6 shipping anywhere in the United States, and free once your order reaches $75.

Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 3 business days. Once a parcel is on its way, carriers usually take another 3 to 7 business days to deliver it.

Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the label is made.

Packaging

Everything is wrapped by hand. Originals and ceramics get extra padding, and small pieces travel in a box rather than an envelope so nothing arrives bent.

Returns

Every piece is made by hand, whether it is a one-of-a-kind original or a small-batch print, so all sales are final.

If something arrives damaged, send me a photo through the contact page within a few days of delivery and I will look after it.

Payment

Checkout runs on Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on this site.

Outside the US

International shipping is not set up yet. If you are abroad and would like a piece, get in touch and we can work something out.
